6:05 PM MOVE INTO Executive Session to conduct strategy session with respect to negotiations with nonunion
personnel., and pursuant to G.L. c30A, sec 21 (a)(7) “to comply with, or act under the authority of, any
general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements,” as permitted by G.L. c30A §22 (f),(g), to
conduct strategy session in regards to negotiations with FEA Units A, B, C & D. Having these
discussions in public may be detrimental to the School Committee’s bargaining positions. It is anticipated
that the School Committee will return to Public Session.

Members of the public are welcome to speak about items that are not on the agenda. Comments should be
limited to 2 minutes in length. Due to the Open Meeting Law, the Committee cannot act on public
